The organization
A parent organization operating through a national dealer network across the United States and Canada, including the Dog Guard and Out of Sight Fencing brands.
The challenge
A parent company and dozens of independent dealers needed to share systems without sharing everything: each dealer seeing their own business, the parent seeing all of it, and end customers never landing in the wrong support queue.
What I delivered
CRM and project tooling for a national network of independent dealers selling and installing pet-containment systems, covering dealer discovery, installation, support, and warranty registration.
- Administering and developing the parent Zoho One account alongside multiple subsidiary dealer accounts, including dealers running their own separate environments.
- A permission design that granted access based on dealer size and relationship type, so the same platform served a one-person operation and a large regional dealer appropriately.
- Two distinct support environments, one for internal dealer support and one customer-facing, each with its own workflows, escalation paths, and access controls.
Contribution is limited to the CRM and project systems. The Dog Guard website itself was not built by Miro.
Zoho Projects and Zoho Flow deployed for project tracking, dealer notifications, payout processing, and email workflows across the network.
A relational sales base linking deals, products, contacts, and interactions, with pipeline stages, lead types, deal values, close dates, and license counts.
The archive filename and the interface shown disagree. The system is described strictly as it appears in the screenshot, and no client attribution is made from the filename.
